How can I return my order?

At Collab Vitalis you can return an item within 14 days of receiving it (for certain products this period can be extended). To return an order, or part of it, you can follow these steps:

You can register your return within 14 days of receiving the product by writing to us at info@Collab Vitalis.

You must send the product to the address:

The shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

Also include a copy of the invoice or order number in the package.

You can choose between these options:

– Replace the product with another.

– Return the product and get a refund (in this case we need your bank account to which we will make the refund).

To receive a full refund, it is important to return the product in its original condition and undamaged.

– The product must not have been used.

– The product must not be damaged. This also applies to any accessories.

Products with a different return policy

Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery cannot be returned.

Information about a defective product or incorrect delivery

The product is defective, damaged or delivered incomplete. What to do?

Register your return by email to info@Collab Vitalis with the order number or invoice.

When registering, attach photos of the defect.

The product does not fall within the 14-day return period, but within one year of the factory warranty? Then contact customer service.

If the product is not returned in its original condition, we may charge devaluation costs. Therefore, when registering the return, you must clearly indicate the defect or defects.

Important for returns

You can return the items within 14 days of receipt. During these 14 days, you have time to cancel the purchase by informing us. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to cancel the contract. You are in time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The purchase price will be refunded as soon as possible, but in any case no later than 14 days after the withdrawal. However, we can wait until our warehouse receives the return shipment or you demonstrate that you have sent the products. The refund will be made using the same payment method with which the original transaction was made.

Guarantee

On every order you have a guarantee, as required by law. This means that a product must do what you expect it to do. In addition, you have a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty on your item. If the product breaks within 1 year through no fault of your own, Genialshop will replace or repair it. If the problem cannot be resolved, Genialshop must refund the purchase price within the time limits set by law. The manufacturer’s warranty applies to the item purchased and expires upon receipt of the replaced or repaired item.
